Mark Brown

Mark has been involved in sport and fitness since the age of 5. He spent 15 years as a gymnast, qualifying to represent the Eastern Area at national level, and has fought at regional level in judo. After graduating from UEA in 2018, he set up Harrier Judo Club, and has coached players through gradings and competitions in the east of England.

In 2021, Mark qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and started working with a broad range of clients across gyms in Norwich and Great Yarmouth, specialising in injury rehab and sports conditioning. He took this specialism to another level by completing a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning course in 2026 in preparation for launching Fenwulf Strength and Conditioning.

"At heart I've always been a teacher. Watching someone learn and develop is hugely satisfying, and the primary reason that I do this job. I'm always chasing that proud parent moment. I love working in sport, and coaching youngsters in particular, but I often find there isn't always the infrastructure at clubs for the talented young athletes to take the next step in their development.

This is where Fenwulf comes in. I want to work with clubs to provide a space and a community that can bridge that gap. I want to help the stars of tomorrow along their journey and give them the sporting toolkit to excel for their club, while developing habits and practices to last them a lifetime."
